O Captain, My Captain!

It’s a classic movie now (although I remember when it was first out!), but many of us still love that classic scene of Dead Poets Society where the students take a stand for their teacher, who they feel has been unfairly fired.

As we take a look at Baptism, this serves as a good reminder for us. What are we standing for? Sometimes we have the best intentions of taking that stand, but somewhere between Sunday morning and Monday morning, the intention never becomes action.

Listen in as we prepare our hearts for baptism!

I am blessed to be able to serve SixEight as the Lead Pastor. As a pastor, my first aim is to follow God, my primary ministry is to my wife and 4 kids. They are amazing! When it comes to our church family, I get the pleasure of leading our church to follow God. This is truly a gift that God has given to our family, and we are honored and humbled to serve Him in this capacity at SixEight!
