The Disciples Project, Module 3: Why Do Justice? Part 2

21 April, 2015

Post By : David Lindner

We have discussed, at great length, how being made in God’s image is a huge motivation for why we do justice. And that’s what we talked about last week. But, we haven’t really gone too deep on the idea that grace is the biggest motivation for doing justice. Yes, it’s important to treat everyone with dignity because they are made in God’s image. But, that’s not the primary reason we do justice.

Listen in to this weeks’ talk as we look at how grace drives us to do justice. (For more reading on this topic, and where some of the material in this sermon came from, read “Generous Justice” by Timothy Keller)

I am blessed to be able to serve SixEight as the Lead Pastor. As a pastor, my first aim is to follow God, my primary ministry is to my wife and 4 kids. They are amazing! When it comes to our church family, I get the pleasure of leading our church to follow God. This is truly a gift that God has given to our family, and we are honored and humbled to serve Him in this capacity at SixEight!
