The Door

Easter is a story unlike any other. It is the one thing that sets Christianity apart from every other religion in the world. Every other leader was buried and lays in their grave to this day. But not Jesus. Jesus rose from the dead and opened the door to eternal life for all who believe in Him.

“These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.” (Rev. 3:7-8)

We would be honored to have you join us this Easter, April 20th, to celebrate that story.

We are having two identical services, and we would love to have you join us at either of them (or even both if you want to). All you have to do is show up. For directions, click here. If you want to know what to expect when you attend, click here.

Some common questions we receive are:

Do I have to dress up?

You can if you want to, but you don’t have to. Most of our regular attenders wear jeans and t-shirts.

Do I have to be perfect to come to your church?

If you are perfect, please don’t come! We wouldn’t want you to mess up all our imperfection! We firmly believe that God only uses imperfect people, so if you’re not perfect that makes you the perfect person (or would that make you the imperfect person) to come to our church?

Will I be judged if I come?

Absolutely not. We don’t judge by anything. Our God is one who looks at the heart, not how we look on the outside. So, you can look however you want on the outside, and we won’t judge you at all. We’re just happy to have you come!

NWCOWould you consider helping spread the world by donating a like or follow.

Will you donate a like to our Facebook page and/or follow us on Twitter to help us Do Justice in the Vancouver area? For every like and follow received between now and Easter we will donate a pair of socks to Northwest Children’s Outreach.

We believe it is our responsibility as follower of Jesus Christ to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves. And there are many who need us to fight for them right in our community.

By simply donating a like or a follow, you will be helping us partner with an amazing organization to take care of children in the area who have done nothing to get themselves in the situation they are in .

I am blessed to be able to serve SixEight as the Lead Pastor. I am humbled to have been brought into this role and am very excited about what God wants to do in me and us through this. I grew up in the church and have been a worship pastor for the last decade. I am married to a wonderful woman and have four amazing children.
