Scripture (NIV):
Ruth 2:12
“May the LORD repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.”
Summary:
Ruth trusted God even when life was hard. She worked faithfully, helped her family, and stayed kind. God saw her and took care of her through Boaz. Joy came not because everything was easy—but because God was with her.
Key Theme:
God brings joy when we trust Him and do what’s right.
Reflection Question:
How can we show kindness even when something feels hard?
Family Activity:
Gather a small bowl of grain, cereal, or crackers. Thank God together for how He provides food and people who care for us.
