Joy-Ride-LogoThis week we started a new series going through the book of Philippians. As we get started, we talked about the big idea for the book which is, The key to finding joy in the ride is by walking humbly and rejoicing in Jesus.

We then looked at the beginning of the book, how the church at Philippi started and focused in on this verse:

“…being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

As you listen in to this weeks’ message, we hope you can Stop driving to find joy & start riding with Joy. Because this is what we know, God has a better plan for your life than you do. What we need to do is stop chasing all the wrong things and start chasing the one thing.

We left with a challenge for the week, and it was simple: Follow God a little more today than we did yesterday. Because the in touch we are with God, the more we will know what the work is that He is trying to do in us. And He is a finisher.
